Stephanie has a passion for baking and is well known for her gluten-free creations. Stephanie grew up experimenting in the kitchen with different flours and ingredients trying to perfect her gluten-free recipes. She studied Fine Culinary at Culinary Concepts as well as the art of Cocoa Painting, Cupcake Decorating and Cake Decorating at a local culinary school in Tucson, Arizona.
In 2009 Stephanie founded Stroodle’s Cookies and Cakes, a small catering company focused on proving high quality gluten-free, allergen friendly specialty desserts. Stroodle’s Cookies and Cakes partnered with larger catering companies and party/wedding planners to provide high-end gluten-free alternatives to allergen sensitive clients.
After relocating to Tennessee in 2013, Stephanie became a Certified Wilton Method Cake Decorating Instructor and spent the next several years teaching cake decorating at local arts and craft stores in the Nashville area.
Stephanie’s passion for baking continually grows each and every day as she consistently tries new recipes (most of which come from Pinterest).
